Process

How a transformer is built here

  1. 01

    Design

3D mechanical design, each special unit engineered afresh.

  2. 02

    Core & winding

HT and LT coils wound and assembled on the core.

  3. 03

    Tanks & radiators

CNC cutting, PLC seam welding, radiator and fin-wall lines.

  4. 04

    Drying

Vacuum oven drives moisture out of the insulation.

  5. 05

    Painting

Blasting, then epoxy coating to ISO 12944.

  6. 06

    Testing

Routine tests on every unit; type tests at CPRI or ERDA.

  7. 07

    Dispatch

Cranes up to 20 t; radiators shipped nitrogen-filled.
