Type testing
Independent type tests
Designs up to 20 MVA, 33/11 kV are type tested for temperature rise, lightning impulse and short-circuit withstand at independent national laboratories (CPRI and ERDA). Type-test reports are available on request. Pressed-steel radiators are also type tested at ERDA.
